There are two rooms with single beds and one room with two single beds, one bathroom and a toilet. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two TV sets. The car park is available for three cars and the garage use is separatly paid to the owner.

First, go along Ulica Śniadeckich (Sniadeckich st.) heading north in the direction of Marii Konopnickiej st.--400 m. Second, turn left into Grunwaldzka st.--1.1 km. Third, turn right into Stanislawa Przybyszewskiego st.--1.4 km. 4th, continue along Stefana Żeromskiego st.--500 m. 5th, turn left into Swiętego Wawrzynca st.--1.5 km. 6th, continue along Jana Henryka Dabrowskiego st.--2.7 km. 7th, slightly right toward Santocka st.--450 m. 8th, turn right into Santocka st.--450 m. 9th, turn right into Leborska st. The destination will be on the right.
